HOW OUR LOAN PROCESS WORKS


STEP 1. BORROWER APPLICATION:

An application will be completed by us to get your loan process started. This will be done by your Loan Representative or one of our Intake Team Members. 


STEP 2. PROPERTY/PROJECT INFORMATION:

We'll ask for some details about the " Subject Property". We'll collect some documentation details and cost information for our loan committee to review. Once complete, we will issue a Conditional Loan Approval (CLA). A credit authorization and a $695 App and Processing Deposit will be collected at this time.   


STEP 3. SUBMISSION PROCESS: 

Your Loan Representative will email out a Document Request for the items needed based on your loan type and entity structure. The legal team will begin Due Diligence and (if needed) the Appraisal order will be processed and scheduled.

STEPS 4. UNDERWRITING PERIOD:

Once in Underwriting, our team will work to complete all documentation. We will verify Appraisal valuation, confirm and complete Title work and conduct final legal review and approval.  


STEP 5. LOAN CLOSING:

Upon Final Approval, We will generate a HUD1 Statement, set a Closing Date and CLOSE YOUR LOAN !!!
